The Goal

In their video review, the homeowner explained why they wanted this project: they needed an enclosed patio to keep their little dog safe, so they would not have to go outside with her day and night.

The space started as an open patio under an older roof cover with metal scroll posts. The goal was to close it in and make it a comfortable, usable room.

From Open Patio to Enclosed Room

The Finished Patio

The finished enclosure has four windows and a door with a glass panel along the front, finished in white to match a clean roof line. The homeowner also mentioned that Juda Builders supplied windows for their bedroom at no cost.
