This policy explains what information Juda Builders collects when you visit juda-builders.com or contact us through it, how we use that information and the choices you have. Information You Give Us
When you request an estimate or send us a message, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, zip code, the type of project, how you heard about us and your message. We use this information only to reply to you, prepare an estimate and carry out work you ask us to do.
Information Collected Automatically
When you submit a form, our form service records your IP address, browser type and the time of the request. We use this to block spam and abuse, such as limiting how many messages can be sent in an hour.
We may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and how visitors arrive. Google Analytics uses cookies and receives your IP address, which we set to be anonymized. It does not receive what you type into our forms. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt out browser add on.
If you change settings in our accessibility menu, such as text size or contrast, those preferences are saved in your own browser so they stay in place on your next visit. They are not sent to us.
Service Providers
We share information only with the providers that help us run the site and respond to you:
- Cloudflare hosts the website and processes form submissions and the email notifications they create.
- Google provides the email inbox that receives your message, the map shown on our pages and, if enabled, Google Analytics.
The map is loaded from Google, so Google may receive your IP address and set its own cookies when the map appears. Google's use of this data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
How Long We Keep It
We keep estimate requests and project correspondence for as long as we need them to respond to you, complete your project and meet our legal, tax and licensing record keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to those obligations.
Your Choices and California Rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is no common standard for how to respond to it, the site does not change its behavior when it receives one. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.
Children
This site is meant for adults planning work on their homes. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection, and form submissions are sent over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information such as payment details through the contact form.
